Photographer and editor for the Arts+Design Initiative. Responsible for documenting the creation of community learning through innovative design and creative arts, and editing images with Adobe Photoshop.

Photojournalist covering social justice and human rights beat with a focus on indigenous issues. Pitched and published photographs for daily articles, and for long-form photographic essays.

Beat reporter covering politics and government in the City of Oakland. Coverage included writing, video, photography, radio, new media packages, and social media outlets. Responsible for pitching and producing daily and feature-length investigative articles under strict deadlines in a fast-paced newsroom setting.
Beginning in 2009, Kyle has document, by photograph and dispatch, critical situations and the human condition in areas such as Syria, Egypt, Israel/Palestine, Myanmar, Cambodia, Kashmir, Thailand, and India. Featuring many crucial stories related to conflict, poverty, child welfare, and woman's rights, his work is found in many publications from around the world.
He currently resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
